Based in Two Wells, SA, Pearl and Plume Poultry is a small, dedicated poultry venture focused on raising high-quality birds with care, purpose, and attention to detail.

What began as a simple love for chickens has grown into a passion for breeding beautiful, healthy, and productive birds — with a strong focus on quality, temperament, and thoughtful pairings.

A bit of a windy morning out here today.

The partridge have their new coop set up and, mr Blue will have his in the coming week!

Not breeding yet and, thought I would try the two boys being together but, nope 🤦

Hey all!
I’m so sorry for all the missed messages and, calls I’ve received over the past few months.

I’ve recently relocated interstate (Geelong VIC)

My grandfather in Naracoorte, SA still has
-partridge Wyandotte’s (large)
- gold laced Wyandotte’s (large)
- silver laced Wyandotte (large)
And plenty of eating eggs available too! At $7 a doz
His number is 0448 796 537 (Glenn)

My cousin in Two Wells SA (northern adelaide) has my
-white Leghorn bantams (John Cox bloodline from Dubbo NSW)
-black/splash pekin bantams
His number Is 0452 021 316 (Connor)

I’m slowly setting up some chooks in Geelong so keep an eye on this page for some new breeds being introduced to Wrattonbully poultry.

I still regularly come to SA so can help assist if any eggs/chooks are needed to be sourced!

First batch of black and white Muscovy eggs in the incubator for the season! Aiming to keep the white head & black and white body gene running.
These eggs are from my little pullet (first breeding season) with a white drake over her. Keen to see what babies we produce!

Next incubator will be set tomorrow with a mix of pure
-dark barred Plymouth Rock bantam eggs
-silver pencil Wyandotte bantam eggs
-partridge Wyandotte bantam eggs

Watch this space for updates on chicks and fertile eggs that will be available! Only will be selling eggs once all incubators are full, so limited eggs available this season.
