Bunyip Hollow

Bunyip Hollow For a decade we have been growing organic, free range and unique pork products, sauces and spices! Basically, we are sharing what we love with others.

Bunyip Hollow is all about great quality food, and responsible production. Our winery will have unusual wines produced at Bunyip Hollow using less common grapes sourced from around the world. The Bunyip Hollow site has a fantastic billabong we will be restoring and a central lagoon. Already native wildlife is returning as the habitat improves. We love Bush Tucker food, and think it is under represented in Australia, so we intend to share the knowledge of how tasty and productive it is.

Saturday surprise delight. After a busy day and then tending to the farm animals, I was surprised to see a flush of asparagus and a crop of native tamarind. Quiche time! Did you know we are the only truly local pork and mutton grows at the farmers market, and that we grow over 200 'bush tucker' species. Where does your food come from? LOCAL Taste best.
