Flopsy gets a gold star for being the bravest bunny ever!
He came in to visit Dr Louise to have his Crown Jewels removed 🙊

Here he is pictured with Nurse Caitie who has a special interest in Exotics and so cared for him for the day. It included mandatory post surgery cuddles, topping up his rocket 🥬 and a selfie or two

Thank you to Flopsy’s family for trusting Greencross Chatswood with their special boy and allowing us to share his gorgeous face with you all

Meet sweet little Kiki 🦘

Kiki was found by a member of the public with a laceration to her ankle. Thankfully, our amazing wildlife carer Kristy brought this beautiful girl into Greencross Vets South Morang to get her the care she needed.

Dr Kayla carefully stitched up Kiki’s ankle, making it her first-ever kangaroo stitch-up! ✨ Nurse Kiara was also there to monitor the procedure and make sure she was well looked after❤️

Kiki will be heading to her wildlife carer’s home today where she’ll stay for a little while to heal and grow before she can eventually be released back into the wild.

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped this sweet girl and feel very lucky to be able to care for our amazing Australian wildlife! 🦘💚

Turns out the cone makes everything I say a lot louder which nobody told me about, so if you can hear me from down the street that’s why. Also, a really big thanks to everyone at Greencross Vets because they were so nice to me and I had a really good nap there, honestly top three naps of my life

You may have heard that Parvo is going around, is that true? And what does it mean?

Unfortunately yes it is, we are currently seeing a rise in Parvo Virus cases in the Illawarra with a recent outbreak.
This means ANY unvaccinated dog is at risk of catching this potentially fatal disease.
Please ensure your pets are up to date with their vaccinations, and if they’re not old enough yet keep them isolated until they are fully vaccinated, they don’t need to be in contact with other dogs to contract Parvo Virus.

Call us on (02)4228 3777 to book in your dogs vaccinations or if you have any questions or concerns.

🐾🎉 BIG NEWS at Crown Street! 🎉🐾
Introducing our latest service: Pet Consultations via Telepathic Communication! 🧠✨
Starting today, we’re offering consultations where our experienced veterinarians will communicate directly with your pets through the power of mind-melding! No more waiting in the lobby or having your pet actually talk to us—just send us your thoughts, and we’ll send back advice. 🤔💭
🐕 "I’m just here for the belly rubs and some treats." 🐈 "When will you finally stop trying to put me on a diet?"
Perfect for busy pet parents and furry friends who prefer to communicate without words! 🐾💬

April Fools! 😜 Don’t worry, we’re still here to care for your pets in the traditional (and much more effective) way.
Happy April Fools’ Day from Greencross Crown Street! 🐾❤️

A very happy belated vet nurse day to our wonderful team of nurses 🐾
Nurses are the soothing voice and giver of treats when your pet is feeling nervous, the watchful eye that keeps them safe during surgery and the lap for them to lie on when they aren’t feeling their best. There are a million things a nurse does in a day, but the most valuable thing is the love and care they give our patients each and every shift 🩺💚
