💗 Wishing our wonderful GP Vet Dr Kirsty all the very best as she heads off on maternity leave! 💗

As she prepares to welcome her little one, she’ll be taking the next 12 months away from the clinic. We know many of you have loved having her care for your furry family members, and we’re so excited for this special new chapter in her life.

While she’ll certainly be missed, our dedicated GP veterinary team will be here to continue providing the same compassionate care and are more than happy to welcome her patients during her leave.

Please join us in wishing her a relaxing maternity leave filled with precious memories. We can’t wait to meet the newest addition to her family and look forward to welcoming her back next year! 🐾

Australia has recently detected cases of H5N1 avian influenza, making it more important than ever to stay vigilant.

If you come across a sick or deceased wild bird, or if your pet bird or backyard poultry is showing signs of illness:
🚫 Do not handle the bird.
📸 Take note of the location and, if safe, a photo.
📞 Report it immediately to the Emergency Animal Disease Hotline on 1800 675 888.

If you have concerns about your pet bird’s health, please contact our team before bringing them into the clinic so we can advise you on the safest next steps.
