Zuri protecting his sister Siri in recovery following their desexing procedures 😍

Mountains Animal Care Centre - BMACC staff and foster carers have done such an amazing job with these two! Siri and Zuri arrived in care in July and both kittens were severely underweight for their age and malnourished.

They are now healthy and happy and looking for their new homes 🥰

Blue Mountains Animal Care Centre - BMACC has some absolutely GORGEOUS older cats available for adoption!
Last week Dexter, Doug and Maria came in for their desexing with us, and each of them were such lovely cats!

Dexter's fat head was made for head booping 😍 Likely to have some British Short Hair in his genetics, this white and grey boy is round, rolly and wonderful.

Beautiful Doug was more shy, but still very sweet and presented some of the best leggies we've ever seen!

Maria is a absolute Star ✨ She is so smoochy and beautiful, everyone was her fan! Any time her cage was approached she slinked her body along the door hoping for some love ❤ If you want cuddles, she's got you!

😭 WE'LL MISS YOU DR SOPHIE!😭

This week was our last week working with the wonderful Dr Sophie 💔
Sophie is moving down to the South Coast with her beautiful family and so we have to reluctantly say goodbye to working with this wonderful human every day 😔

Sophie first came through our doors as a client, then as a Veterinary Student in 2022 for Placement. During her time as a student with us she bonded with the team so seamlessly and so when she was looking for her first Vet job in 2023 we were very quick to snap her up! Sophie is a much-loved part of the clinic, and is very close friends with many of her co-workers, so there are currently some broken hearts among the team 💔
We know that there will also be a fair few sad clients who also love Dr Sophie and her care of their animals, as she has a very special level of compassion and sincerity that we love too.

Sophie we wish you all the best with the move and with settling into whichever new clinic is lucky enough to have you ❤ Bye for now, but not forever ❤

The gorgeous Maude comes in regularly to visit for ongoing check-ups with Dr Lisa. She is an absolute champion for all the blood draws, the blood pressure monitoring, the dreaded thermometer 🫣She always enjoys the cuddles and waits calmly for her treat at the end.

Do you know an amazing Vet? Sadly we are losing one of our incredible Vets to the NSW South Coast, so we are looking for another wonderful Veterinarian to join our friendly, supportive team!
We're a busy, family-run, Small Animal, Four-vet equivalent small animal hospital located in Wentworth Falls, in the Blue Mountains NSW.

✨Currently we are looking for a Part-Time Veterinarian with minimum 2 years experience.

Meet our gorgeous Harlow! 😍

Harlow is a beautiful, 5 month old female kitten who is looking for a loving home. She is docile and loves being around people, often following her foster family around the house to see what they’re up to.
When she’s not exploring or chasing her favourite mouse toy, she loves a nice cuddle and ear rubs.

Harlow's has been desexed, treated for parasites and has had her first vaccine, she is all ready for her new home.
