Today we’re celebrating our Veterinary Nurses, Receptionists and Kennel Hands 🐾

The ones who clean up before breakfast, answer the phone while being asked three questions at once, remember which patient hates the thermometer, somehow find the missing lead and can identify a pet by the sound of its bark from three rooms away.

You handle the chaos, the cuddles, the difficult conversations, the mess, the noise, the tears and occasionally a little bit of drama… from both ends of the lead.

You’re the people behind so many of the things clients don’t see — and a huge part of what makes our clinics work.

So today, we’re saying thank you and we appreciate you!

For your patience. Your humour. Your skill. Your resilience.

And for surviving another day of veterinary life. ❤️🐾
