🚨 ATTENTION: AIKIDO HAS BEEN WAITING FOR HIS FAN CLUB TO ARRIVE 🚨

Seriously… this bloke has been at the shelter for OVER A MONTH and has had ZERO adoption appointments. 😳

And we honestly don’t understand it.

Aikido is ridiculously handsome, ridiculously smart and has one very important weakness…

FOOD. 😂

Put a treat in front of this bloke and suddenly you have his full attention. He’s ready to show you just how clever he is, because apparently his brain works significantly better when there’s something tasty involved. 😂🍖

He’s got a hilarious personality and is one of those dogs who keeps you entertained just by being himself.

Yet somehow, despite all this, nobody has put their hand up for him. 🤷‍♀️

Aikido is basically sitting here thinking:

“Excuse me… have you people SEEN me? I am handsome AND I work for snacks.” 😂

So we’re putting the call out…

🏠Still waiting and still hoping💝

Every morning these boys start the day hoping today might be the day someone comes for them.

Every day they see other dogs meet their new family and head off to their new forever home.

Every evening they go back to their kennel…and wait for tomorrow.

They’ve now spent months in our shelter and while our team loves them dearly, what they really need is a family to call their own.

They don’t know why they’ve been overlooked. They only know they’re ready to love someone with their whole heart.

They’re still wagging their tails.
They’re still greeting everyone with hope.
They’re still believing their family is out there.

Let’s prove them right.

This beautiful dog has come into our care at the shelter.

They were found wandering and are now safe, warm, and being looked after. We are hoping to quickly reunite them with their family.
