Just like people, our pets can experience anxiety too. Changes in routine, loud noises, separation from family members, travel, or unfamiliar environments can all trigger stress and anxiety in dogs and cats.

Signs of anxiety may include:

✔️ Pacing or restlessness
✔️ Destructive behavior
✔️ Hiding or withdrawal
✔️ Changes in appetite
