🐾 Did you know we’re a GapOnly partner? 🐾

That means if your pet has pet insurance with a GapOnly‑enabled provider, we can process your claim on the spot right here in clinic. You’ll only need to pay the gap! that’s the difference between what your insurance covers and your vet bill.

💡 For your next appointment, check-up, or procedure, ask your insurance provider if you’re eligible for GapOnly, it can help reduce your out-of-pocket costs!

Meet Daisy at 8 weeks and again at 16 weeks! 🐾💕

She may not have grown much in size, but she's certainly grown in confidence, curiosity, and cuteness. 🥰

Congratulations to Daisy on completing her puppy vaccination course! We can't wait to see what adventures are next for this little lady! ✨

We think she's pretty adorable...Can you guess her breed? 👀🐶

Tamika is our consult nurse 🐾 Since joining us in October 2023, she has become a familiar face throughout the clinic. While her original role is as a consult nurse, you'll often find her helping out on reception, spending time in the cattery, or working behind the scenes on our social media 📸💙

One of the things she loves most about her role is building long-term relationships with the animals that come through our doors. Gaining and maintaining their trust is something she values deeply, and there's nothing more rewarding than seeing a nervous or stressed patient become calm and comfortable while with us. She especially enjoys spending time with our feline patients and is always happy to help care for those who might be feeling a little unsure about their visit 🐱✨

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and has recently returned to aqua aerobics 🌊 She also loves spending time outdoors, soaking up the sunshine and heading off on adventures with her dog, Ace ☀️🐶

Speaking of pets, she's a proud pet mum to two very special companions. Tilly, a former feral kitten found at the French Embassy who is now a happy 4-year-old cat, and Ace, her 3-year-old Pit Bull x Amstaff cross who is a complete meathead with an even bigger love for cuddles ❤️ If a dog with a big square head walks into the clinic, there's a very good chance she'll be the first one over asking for a cuddle!

And here's a fun fact you might not know about her 👀 She grew up surrounded by animals, including spending time on a dairy farm, but never imagined she'd end up working in the veterinary industry. It's safe to say she's incredibly glad life led her here!

Next time you're in clinic, be sure to say hi! 💕

🐱 One brave explorer and one cautious observer...

Eddie & Roland came in for their kitten vaccinations and gave us a lovely glimpse into their very different personalities 🐾

Eddie was straight out of his carrier and helping himself to treats in reception, while Roland preferred to stay tucked away until he was convinced it was safe. It wasn't long before curiosity (and the treats!) won him over, and he ventured out to join his brother.

Such sweet boys, they had our reception team melting!
We look forward to seeing them again for their desexing appointment! 💙

A microchip can’t speak for your pet, but it can help bring them home. 🐾

This Microchip Awareness Month, take a minute to check that your pet’s microchip details are up to date. It could make all the difference when it matters most.

Not every hero wears a cape, some leave the hospital with a cone and a few extra cuddles. 💙

Beau visited us for his castration procedure and was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish! His procedure went smoothly, and he was soon resting comfortably with plenty of attention from the nurses🐾

After being such a brave boy today, we think Beau deserves plenty of snacks, cuddles, and a little extra spoiling at home. 💙🐾

Lara is one of our wonderful receptionists, and for the past 5 years she’s been a friendly and familiar face here at the clinic 🐾 Her warmth, creativity, and caring nature make her such a valued part of our team, and she has a special way of connecting with both our clients and their pets. 💕

Living on a property means Lara is surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes, from horses to chickens 🐴🐓 but her main sidekick is Zoe, her adorable 16-year-old mini fox terrier 🐶 who has been by her side through it all.

What Lara loves most about her role is building relationships with our clients and getting to know all of our wonderful patients, making every visit feel a little more personal and supportive.

Outside of work, Lara loves anything artistic, especially painting and tattooing 🎨 and if you get chatting with her, you’ll quickly discover her love for all things horror 👻 with Halloween being her favourite day of the year (and even more special because it’s also her daughter’s birthday 🎃).

Next time you’re in clinic, be sure to say hi and if you’ve got any spooky movie recommendations or creative projects to share, she’d love to hear about them! 💕
