Sevenoaks Farm is a boutique stud specialising in breeding superior quality Hanoverians for the performance and breeding industry. We have a small group of performance horses competing in dressage and occassionally have quality dressage horses for sale, from weanlings to performance horses.

🌸 STUNNING SMALLER MARE 🌸
‘Danson My Sunshine’ is a rising 6yo, 15.2hh mare by the imported Rotspon son Royal Mirage, from a Lauries As/Graf Landau mare. She is the complete package, albeit a bit green, so astute buyers have the opportunity to purchase what we consider the perfect horse, for a great price!!

Sunshine 🌞 is a quality, feminine mare, extremely elegant with correct legs & a pretty face. She has 3 lovely, easy to ride paces & a great hind leg. Her trot is a real highlight; filled with lovely swing & rhythm 👌🏻 She is a green (had approx 6 weeks work) youngster with an outstanding brain, a super willing attitude, & a genuine desire to work with her rider. She always tries hard to please, carries no nervous energy or tension in her body & doesn’t need to be ridden daily.

Sunshine has had plenty of time to mature in life, previously having two foals before starting her career under saddle this year. This means she has very little miles on her legs & is now ready for consistent work in her owners chosen discipline. She is an absolute sweetheart to handle, being everybody’s favourite no fuss horse. ❤️ She is affectionate, enjoys coming up for work, will stand tied up for hours, is easy to float, farrier (currently barefoot).

Throughout the remainder of her stay she will continue to gain education in the dressage arena & exposure on trail rides, & around the property, building her confidence in all areas.

A quality young horse for someone wanting to produce their next performance prospect in dressage OR showing, without compromising on temperament. Her price reflects her lack of training, NOT her quality.

🤍 FABULOUS GELDING BY DON DANCIER 🤍
‘Horatio’ is a 9yo, 17hh, WB gelding by Don Dancier, from a Hector dam. He is a handsome boy with loads of charm & presence in the arena ✨
He has three powerful paces, with his canter being an absolute highlight; seriously uphill, with great ability to collect & extend. Horatio has been kindly developed by an AOR who’s achieved significant success, inc several championship wins with scores over 70% at novice & 68% at elem. He’s confidently training medium with super half passes & started working on the changes.
Horatio will suit an ambitious YR or AOR looking for lovely, established horse that’s got plenty of comp miles on the board & will still climb the levels easily. Quiet & forgiving to ride, he’s not a schoolmaster but a fairly chilled out horse.

About 3️⃣ months til their due date 🗓️
‘Ruby’ (top) is expecting her third foal, by For Gold this year & ‘Skye’ is expecting her first, by Va Bene. Skye’s really embraced mum life & let herself go 😂 Hard to believe I was riding her 10 months ago!

The girls are looking amazing at the end of winter, on just 800gm Johnsons Fibre Balancer daily (and plenty of hay). As they enter their final months, it’s time to step it up & we will be adding some Mare & Foal to their diet 🌱

❤️‍🔥 OUTSTANDING FEI GELDING ❤️‍🔥
17hh, 12yo (DOB 31/10/2013) gelding by the GP stallion Charmeur (sire of 45 GP horses), from a Northern Vilious dam. ‘Cougar’ is a strong, uphill type of horse with a lovely front & a powerful engine 💪🏻 He has three fabulous paces, filled with lovely expression, uphill lift & power 💥 He has mega extended paces, but still a great ability to collect & is easy to ride on the seat.

Cougar has had one owner since he was a foal, that has beautifully managed & trained him to FEI. He has been campaigned with success at every level (while fitting in with uni & work commitments), with scores up to 72% at advanced & 68% at small tour. He has begun training the GP work. Cougar is a super genuine, forward but extremely rideable boy that is forgiving of his rider. He is safe enough to suit an ambitious YR or AOR looking to be extremely competitive in CDI’s. We feel he could be hugely successful in a YR home at CDI-Y level while still training on to the GP. He isn’t spooky or reactive at events, so could also have value to a para home.

Cougar is a lovely horse to handle in every way, & easy to take away & compete. He has been injury free & well managed his whole life, & had a recent set of X-rays avail to serious buyers.

A serious stable favourite, he’s also welcome to stay here 🤩
