Good morning lovelies!
Just to note coming into the cooler months I will get more cancellations as grooms tend to become less frequent for a lot of my clients. So if you would like to be put on the cancellation list for a groom or even just a bath or a completely new client let me know and I’ll be more than happy to help you out as best I can!
Also a thank you to everyone who has been promptly picking up their dogs as soon as they’re finished, it has really been great to be able to pick up my son from school again 🙂 ♥️

Friday 24th April!
For anyone who is booked in on Friday please make sure your babies are picked up by 3pm at the very latest! I have a very interesting vet appointment to attend with my reactive dog and crazy bird 😂
If you can not pick up your dog as soon as they are finished please reschedule!
I will be getting very strict on pickup times very soon as I will be needing to collect my son from school most days so being able to pick up your baby/babies as soon as they are ready is very important! If you’d like to change bookings that are set for the year to ensure this is possible please let me know!
Ps. Wish me and the vets luck we will see how many limbs we loose, who wants to bet if the collie x kelpie or the sun conure will cause more damage? 😂😂

Good morning.
As of today late arrivals 15minutes past appointment time will be cancelled and will incur a no show fee.
Please respect our time. Our appointments are booked the way they are so that we don't rush and the dogs are given the time they deserve for their grooms, not to mention so that staff can go home on time so that they can make their appointments.
Also please make sure when booking appointments that you will be available to collect your dog as soon as they are ready. If you need them to be held for longer their appointment may not be able to be accommodated and will be rescheduled.

Good morning gorgeous clients!
There will be some changes in our hours of operation soon. Some appointments will have to be either moved or cancelled if flexibility isn’t an option.
I am sorry if this inconveniences anyone but my son comes first and at this stage I feel like I am failing him to put it bluntly.
I’ll be giving out more information soon as we finalise things but for now it’s looking like hours will be 9.30-3 sharp. This is a big change I understand but I need to do what is best for my family.
Keep following for updates for when this will come into effect.

⚠️ATTENTION LOVELY CLIENTS⚠️
In effect on 10/03/26
Due to a decent volume of either no shows or late arrivals I have no choice but to now introduce a fee for these occasions. Now I understand some late cancellations/arrivlas can’t be helped and the charges will be waived in those situations at my own discretion. But to continue operating this lovely business I can’t just pay my employees to sit around and do nothing if we don’t get any or enough notice to fill appointments. This includes if reminders are not sent as we make sure to give out appointment cards when appointments are made so really there is no excuse to no show without warning.
Fees will now be as followed
- No show (with absolutely no communication that you’re not coming) will be your full appointment fee before your dog is booked in again with us.
- Late cancellations (12hrs or less from appointment time) will be half your appointment fee before your dog is booked in with us again.
- Late arrivals, depending on how late services may be declined or adjusted(say instead if a full groom just a tidy of hygenic areas)

Sorry to have to do this but I need to value my time, my employees time and the time of my other clients to not have to push their appointments back or do a dodgy job under pressure. (Which is never the goal!) (honestly if you don’t like something about your groom, tell me I’m more than accommodating when reasonable requests are made!
