Swan Animal Haven The Swan Animal Haven rescues and cares for abandoned dogs until compassionate homes can be found.

We advocate the sterilisation of ALL dogs and hope that one day we will not need to be here. We are a charitable organisation, with a large and essential volunteer contribution. We are funded by donations, bequests and other fund-raising activities. Volunteers and donations of money, food and bedding are always welcome.

🌸 Lulu is blossoming 🌸

When Lulu first arrived with us a few weeks ago, she was a shy and nervous little girl who wasn’t quite sure about the world around her.

Fast forward just a couple of weeks, and look at that smile! ❤️ With love, patience, and stability, Lulu is growing in confidence every single day. She’s made doggy friends, discovered how to play, and is starting to show us the happy, affectionate girl she truly is.

This beautiful 2-year-old Boxer mix absolutely adores people and would thrive with an active family who can continue helping her shine☀️

Lulu may not have had the best start in life, but she’s already come so far in such a short time. Imagine how much she’ll flourish once she finds a forever family to call her own. 🏡✨

💔 PLEASE HELP ME, IM NOT COPING 💔

My name is Billa and I need help. I’m an 11 year old staffy x and I desperately need a new home, I’m not coping in the shelter environment 😞

My family moved away and tried to have me euthanised before they left 💔 I did nothing wrong and I don’t understand.
Luckily I got a second chance, and I’ve been in the shelter since January ❤️

I am spoiled rotten here and although I love them, I need a home, I’m too old to be here.

I’d really love a home where I’m the only pup. Where I can still get my daily walks, and a nice warm bed to sleep at night ✨
I have lived with cats, and I’m good with kids 🐶

Please share my post and help me find love again, I haven’t given up on my happy ever after ❤️‍🩹

We would also like to thank the wonderful local community for their generous contributions. Thanks to your kindness, our dogs have received plenty of treats and toys to enjoy while they wait for their forever homes.

As a not-for-profit rescue, support like this means so much to us. Every donation helps bring comfort, enrichment, and a little extra happiness to dogs who deserve a second chance🐾✨

Still no interest is this sweet girl 💔

Gorgeous Holly has now been with us for 10 months and we truly can’t understand how no one has fallen for her yet🥺

This 6-year-old Bull Mastiff mix is pure sunshine in dog form ☀️ she has the sweetest smile and the happiest nature.

Holly enjoys her playtime (especially zoomies) but she’s just as happy enjoying slower, relaxed days at home with her humans.

For the right family, Holly will be a loyal, loving companion that you quickly can’t imagine life without.

This 3-year-old Shar Pei mix has the biggest smile, the goofiest personality, and SO much love to give. Memphis is convinced he’s a lap dog and lives for cuddles.

Memphis is searching for a home:

🧑‍🏫 That will continue his training and help him thrive
❌ No cats
🐾 He is untested with dogs and children, but he seems like he’d do well with slow, positive introductions
