We wish to remind you of our cancellation and rescheduling policy. As a small business, we incur losses when clients miss scheduled appointments without notification. Additionally, when our schedule is full for two weeks, other clients may not be able to book an appointment with us and may choose to go elsewhere. Our policy has been in place since we started the business. When clients book a year's worth of appointments, we provide them with a detailed list of their appointments to facilitate early rescheduling if necessary. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and fees will be waived in justified cases, we encourage clients to give us as much notice as possible regarding any schedule changes.
