This raffle is being held for Volunteer Marine Rescue Ulverstone Tasma Parade, Ulverstone, TAS, 7315.
The raffle commences on the 9th of January 2026, closes on the 1st of February 2026 and will be drawn on the 1st of February 2026 at 267 South Road, Ulverstone, Tasmania at 2pm. The draw will be conducted using a manual draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email or phone within 2 days after draw. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at Facebook, Ulverstone Twilight Rodeo and rafflelink.com.au/ulverstonerodeo. ~ Camping at the Tasmanian Powersports Ulverstone Twilight Rodeo ~

We do have LIMITED camping available at our rodeo, there will be parking marshals around the grounds so please obey their instructions.

Please DO NOT set up your camp until the conclusion of the rodeo to maximise parking space.

❌ NO caravans, campervans, trailers allowed, there are 2 caravan parks available in Ulverstone, with a FREE bus service running from Coles Carpark opposite McDonalds.
❌ NO fires permitted in camping area
❌ NO dogs permitted
❌ NO glass
❌ NO BYO alcohol permitted
❌ NO antisocial behaviour, Security and Police will be onsite

~ FREE BUS SERVICE ~

We are running a FREE bus service to and from our rodeo!

📍Where: 6 Kings Parade, Ulverstone (Coles Carpark, opposite McDonalds)
🕐 Times: Starting from 1PM, LAST bus departs Rodeo at 12:30AM
🚌 Buses will be running approx. every 20mins

Please be patient, we will have 2 buses running to/from the one location to Batten Park.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COMPETITORS & RODEO PERSONNEL ATTENDING TASMANIAN POWERSPORTS ULVERSTONE TWILIGHT RODEO 2026 🔷COMPETITOR PARKING

Due to limited parking space, an obligation to meet insurance requirements and reducing risk to public safety, conditions apply to competitor parking and competitor camps at Ulverstone
Rodeo.
Please follow all parking guidelines as outlined in the attached map and below to ensure our
event meets all requirements.
This applies to all persons and includes Friday night camping.
You will be asked to re-park, move, dismantle yards & camps if deemed necessary.
Driving a big rig? Get there early.
Please share this information with those not on Facebook.
🔹Parking & camping in competitor area is for competitors & immediate Rodeo personnel
ONLY – All other persons will be asked to relocate.
🔹No yards or camps erected to side of vehicle during event.
🔹Small camps and/or yards to be set-up at rear of vehicle only.
🔹Vehicles to be reversed or driven forward to fence line, leaving small area for camp & or
yards at rear if required
🔹Vehicles must be parked as close as possible to one another to maximise parking space.
🔹Single vehicles are asked to park in front of trailers, not beside or alternatively in centre strip of competitor area in line with other vehicles.
🔹At conclusion of Rodeo please feel free to increase the size of your yards and camp
areas once space becomes available.

Ulverstone Rodeo Competitor Information

ARENA ACCESS
· Arena will be closed to ALL horse access at 2:30pm. Please allow time to warm your horse
and familiarise with surroundings prior to this time.

SECRETARY’S BOX / SITE OFFICE
· Open from 1pm.
· Please note location behind timed event box.

START TIME
· 3pm including Junior Program, Local Events & Novice Horse Barrel Race

EVENT BRIEFING
· 2.30pm Compulsory for Officials, Stock Contractors and Personnel. Near Site Office.

GATE PASSES
· NO GATE LIST.
· All Gate passes have been sent via email to your nominated email address with APRA or
as advised to committee - Please check your junk mail folder if not received.
·Please contact Candice [email protected] or text 0438 681453 if you have not received your ticket.
· Gate pass must be presented at admission gate for scanning.
· You can screenshot and/or print for easy access.
· All tickets will be scanned.
· No ticket – you will need to pay.
· Any discrepancies at gate, please pay admission fee, obtain receipt and present to
Secretary’s box for reimbursement if deemed applicable by Rodeo Secretary.

COMPETITOR WRISTBANDS / COMPETITOR AREA
· Wristbands required for entry into competitors area.
· Wristbands issued by Secretary office, if Security at gate please be polite and ask to go to
office and they will let you proceed.
· Please ensure wristbands are worn at all times and visible to person on competitor area
gate.

DESIGNATED WARM UP AREA
· Cutting arena at western side of complex.

COMPETITOR PARKING
· Competitor & immediate Rodeo personnel parking only in competitor area
· No camps or yards to be erected on sides of vehicles – small areas at rear only
· Please see separate posted advice for full competitor parking details.

GRAND ENTRY
· Please check draw board at Secretary’s box for list of names for grand entry.
· If you are listed, please be ready to participate.
· No lap and leave – line up evenly spaced between grand entry girls.
· Please face front, keep horses in line & put on a professional show for the crowd.
· When departing arena, please follow lead flag bearer heading towards bar and do full lap
of arena in front of crowd – give them a wave.
· Please do not pull up outside gate and jam other riders up.

LAP OF HONOUR
· All event winners are required for Lap of Honour at completion of event.
· Please make yourselves available.
· To be on back of Tasmanian Powersports buggy.
· Hang on – smile and wave to the crowd

LOCAL COMPETITORS
· Please check your emails for further instruction.
· Please note your events will be at commencement of program at 3pm.
· You will be allocated a separate-coloured wrist band for access to restricted competitor
area until 5pm only or conclusion of local events. Please see Secretary site office for collection.
