Acc 10477045 MMR is located in Tyabb, we are a kitten and mum cat rescue. All cats and kittens that come through our doors are looked after by one of our foster carers until they are ready for their forever homes. All of our cats and kittens go to their new homes, desexed, microchipped and at least one vaccination.

💜 Meet Ellie 💜

Ellie came into our care at just 8 weeks old, no bigger than a tiny 3 week old kitten.

With plenty of love, patience, and the incredible support of our wonderful vet Dr Colin, we have carefully monitored Ellie’s progress as she has grown.

In her early days we worked hard with regular physiotherapy exercises to strengthen her little legs and improve her movement.

Her very first set of x-rays showed bent tibias, and as Ellie continued to grow it became clear there was much more going on.

Further imaging revealed her kneecaps were sitting well out of place — floating far from where they should be. Ellie has now been diagnosed with Grade 4 Patella Luxation in both back legs, and this brave little lady now needs surgery to correct her knees.

This surgery will give Ellie the chance to walk tall, proud and pain free — just as every kitten deserves.

Now we need your help to get her there 🐾💜

Every can and bottle donated throughout June brings Ellie one step closer to surgery.

Spanish for “little orange” — but his friends call him Jito.

This gorgeous little fluff ball has grown so much confidence since coming into care. He’s not the type to be right in your face 24/7, but he’s always close by, quietly keeping an eye on the world around him.

Jito loves a calm home, gentle pats, head boops and the very important butt scratches. He’s playful when the mood strikes and has the sweetest relaxed charm.

He would thrive in a quieter home, with or without another friendly feline companion.
