Christmas is not too far away!!! We are already half booked for December!!! PLEASE DONT LEAVE IT TOO LATE TO BOOK.
An example of how close it is,if you are an 8 weekly client you have just 2 more rotations till it Christmas. Spring is just around the corner also we are currently booked 2 weeks in advance and with the warmer weather coming up it will be a lot longer of a wait BOOK IN NOW IF YOU WANT A SPRING FRESHEN UP

Good morning everyone❤️
While we understand upon booking you would like an appointment ASAP Please know we are booked year round 1-3 weeks in advance.

We do not take same day appointments as our groomers are at capacity, we do not want our groomers over worked, injured or burnt out from doing excessive amount of dogs a day.

This job is very hard on our bodies and can be painful day after day of standing and grooming. Not all dogs love to be groomed and that can be very difficult and taxing on our groomers . OUR GROOMERS COME FIRST BEFORE ANY DOG GROOM. We can and will refuse service on any pet that is aggressive,difficult or poses a risk to itself or our staff. This is a non negotiable!!!

To guarantee you get an appointment on the day and time you require please plan ahead this is the best way to ensure you get exactly what you are needing

A bit of fun in the salon today!! Muddy the standard poodle, his family requested to make him a “dinosaur” our team got creative and TAADAA 😂 we know muddy will have some happy kids upon coming home from school today 😂❤️

Happy 39yrs of “JUDYS PET GROOMING”
On this day 39yrs ago an iconic part of the pet industry was born. Our business grew from a humble house in Currumbin to the shop front in Tugun. Fast forward to the handover to the second generation hayes (Judy’s son) and wife cassey who on this very same day 18yrs ago took the business over. Many pets have been groomed since the very start, we now employ 3 of our own daughters so the 3rd generation continues the great legacy we have built. We would like to thank each and everyone of our amazing clients for supporting our family in doing what we truely love. ❤️ so proud to be one of the original,same family owned grooming salon on the Gold Coast.

There has been a fatal accident along the M1 tugun with both lanes closed, therefore traffic is banked up for kms we will do our best to get to the shop please do be patient and considerate we will get there asap

Good morning everyone, what a day before we even started MAJOR TRAFFIC DELAYS… we ourselves have been delayed close to 2 hours to getting to the salon. We apologise but please understand this is out of our control. We are working our quickest to catch up and get everything out in a timely matter.
PLEASE IF YOU CANT MAKE IT THATS FINE JUST LET US KNOW WE UNDERSTAND. All pick up times will be delayed today😣

Just a reminder… we are year round booked up to 2 weeks in advance. If you are wanting a specific date,time or week it’s really important to book ahead. We try our best to accommodate everyone however we are only human and our jobs are an extremely physical one. We will not compromise our groomers physical and mental health for a “squeeze in or something sooner” groom. We work 6 days a week as it is,resting and looking after ourselves is important to us so we can continue to do our job. Being rude and disrespectful to our staff will not get you an appointment AT ALL it will get you on our “do not book list” you’ll not be welcome at our salon Thankyou to those who understand that we are busy and we do our best
