One of the perks of working with animals every day is that you start to notice the little things...

The things that many people miss because they see their pets every single day.

Sometimes, while caring for your pets, I’ll notice:

Your dog suddenly isn’t as excited about their walks as they usually are.

Your cat is spending more time hiding than normal.

Your horse isn’t quite finishing their feed or seems a little quieter than usual.

A new lump, bump, scratch, or sore spot that wasn’t there before.

Changes in drinking habits.

Changes in appetite.

Changes in toileting habits.

Changes in energy levels.

Changes in behaviour, confidence, or social interactions.
