I live on my agistment property now and am surrounded by horses. I have my own as well as about 24 other horses on this property. I wanted to make an agistment property, as if I was agisting my own horses. I stated with reliable water, good fencing, good facilities. Good drainage and paddocks big enough to allow for grazing in the wet, running all the time, and room to feel like a horse.
