After three amazing years, it’s time to say goodbye. ❤️🐾

To all of our wonderful clients and their beautiful pups, thank you for trusting us to care for your furry family members. Running our family home dog grooming salon has been such a rewarding journey, and we’ve loved every cuddle, wagging tail, and happy face that has walked through our doors.

We’ve made the bittersweet decision to close our salon as we are moving to Toowoomba to be closer to our family. While we’re excited for this new chapter, saying goodbye to the incredible community we’ve built is certainly not easy.

Our final day of grooming will be Monday, 24 August 2026, and the salon will officially be closed from 25 August 2026.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your loyalty, support, and friendship over the past three years. It’s been an absolute privilege to be a part of your dogs’ lives, and we’ll cherish the memories we’ve made with each and every one of you.

We wish you and your furry companions all the very best for the future. Thank you for making this journey so special. ❤️🐶

Today was a very sad but important day.
Today was my last day working as part of NV Dog Grooming. The salon is still OPEN. Robert will be staying open for another 2 months while I start putting together the new chapter of our life in Toowoomba.

We have told a few customers but would like to now announce it to Townsville. I am very proud of what Robert and I have accomplished with salon. I feel very lucky to say that we have some of the best customers and dogs. We appreciate your loyalty and support of our small family business.

It’s been extremely hard to say goodbye to a lot of my customers that I have been grooming there dog since I started at PETstock 6 years ago. You really do built a strong bond with the dogs as we see them every 2-6 weeks.

Robert and I would like to say a massive thank you to all of our customers and we have loved grooming your dogs and watch them grow up, they will forever be apart of our life. The NV Dog Grooming page will stay up for a while so feel free to send pic update of ur doggies.

At NV Dog Grooming we offer dog in, dog out service, so your dog has an allocated timeslot and not at the salon all day.
