Dogo Sapien is a premium grooming spa in Torquay — and we’re looking for experienced groomers who care deeply about their craft, the dogs in their care, and being part of a genuinely supportive team.

We’ve created a beautiful, calm salon filled with natural light, space, and a spa-like atmosphere designed to feel good to work in — not just look good on Instagram. Our days are structured, our standards are high, and our culture matters.

We’re building something special — a place where talented groomers are respected, supported, and excited to come to work each day.

Whether you’re currently grooming from home and missing being part of a team, or you’re an experienced groomer ready for a fresh chapter, we’d love to hear from you.

Positions Available

Senior Groomers
Comfortable grooming 6–7 dogs per day

Intermediate Groomers
Confident grooming around 5 dogs per day

Full-time or part-time available. Flexible arrangements for the right people.
