Tooshort Corgis Located in Toowoomba (1.5hrs west of Brisbane in SE QLD). And basically the rest is history. Available puppies will be desexed and placed in appropriate homes.

I obtained my first pedigree show dog [Benson] when he was 8weeks old in 2017, We started showing when he turned 6months (17th March 2018). I have a love for my breed and showing them gives me a socialisation aspect in my personal life.I actively show as much as my work life allows. As of November 2020 I was luckily to start showing Aberlee Reign Of Love "Reign", from Gloria Woodward (Aberlee) she

is currently excelling in the show ring against some stealth competition. Reign has been genetically health tested and I am happy with what she has in both genetics and conformation that will continue on upholding the integrity and standard of the breed, under mentor Gloria Woodward. I am a small breeder and will only breed for myself to continue on the progeny in the show ring. Firstly my sincere thanks for this announcement is to Gloria Woodward for giving me my dogs, allowing me access to her pedigree and teaching me everything along the way - she is truely an excellent mentor and trusted friend. Not to forget the breeders behind this lovely pedigree Debbie Cox, Katell Malagre and Elisabeth Camboni, and to the breeders who have chosen Rollo to sire their girls and to help him achieve his SOM.

Thank you to the “team” who have helped with completing runs off or helping with breed. It is very much appreciated.

Rollo turned 4 last month, he took a break for around 12months watching his progeny attain their titles, before jumping back in the ring with a mere 300points to go for his grand title (1000 challenge points). We weren’t even counting…..

In the past two weeks I’ve had to “slow him down”….. a dog who would prefer to be on my bed than in the show ring, to now running circles wanting to be there with me - this is a game changer!! 💡 I have found HIS switch 😆

Rollo achieved back to back runner up best in groups (Group 2) on the very day he attained enough points for his special title at the Lockyer Valley Kennel Club cluster.

So far he has been awarded:

1 x Best In Show - All breeds
1x Reserve In Show - Specialty
3x Best In Group (Group 1) - All breeds
6x Reserve In Group (Group 2) - All breeds
2x Best In Group 4th - All breeds

So pending Rollo shall be….

Happy 🔟th Birthday to my very first corgi Bonnie.
The very reason I fell in love with the breed, I then got another, got into showing, travelling, camping - my life has been an adventure ever since.
Bonnie found a new home quite some time ago wjth an amazing family in Calliope QLD. Placing my first corgi was hard but seeing them grow in their new lives makes it that much wholesome.

Home Sweet Home…….

I entered Manilla & District KC Inc on Monday, then I dragged my feet for the rest of the week contemplating if I wanted to drive the 5hrs and camp 🫠

I’m glad I did drive down, however….. do not recommend night driving with pigs the size of cows and kangaroos the size of a car 😯 - I took it easy at 80km and made it very late on Friday night.

I had an absolute blast - just like the old times. Camp fires, walking dogs, talking dogs, laughs and friendly banter - met some new friends too!!

Thankyou so much Sharon Hall and Janice Baldwin for everything this weekend, even got a cup of tea early this morning 💖 I throughly enjoyed myself and will repay the favour whenever you venture up north.

Congratulations to all the winners over the weekend, the entire club has put on a great show with green grassed rings and thoughtful prizes (blankets!!! 👏🏼), there is talk of a cluster of shows to be held here next year. I may have to pencil it in for time off.

We were the only pembrokes entered, however I took all 4 down for a camping trip, they also may have sold a few families on the breed due to their friendly outgoing temperaments.

🏡 Home from my long weekend away spent at Aberlee thank you Gloria Woodward for your hospitality, Leigh Hinricks and Ngaire Kiernan for your help wrangling the kids and Julene Brady for your company and shade today.

This weekend we attended the Anzac Day / Paws Aid cluster. It was essentially nice to have a breed specialist on a panel in which I took Friday off work to attend.
