Some of My paw biscuits that you can try and make. Easy peasy recipes

APPLE/CARROT BISCUITS
Whole wheat flour
Oats
Brown sugar, optional if your dog doesn’t like sugar ( I used a banana mashed instead)
Apple + carrots
Carob buttons
Egg
Vegetable oil
Water

Core and grate apples; peel and grate carrots (I used food processor).
Mix the dry ingredients together.
In separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in the oil, water, and grated apples and carrots. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix completely.
Carefully roll ‘dough’ out and cut out desired shape with a small cookie cutter.
Bake until biscuits are firm.

PEANUT BUTTER BISCUITS

2 cups (250g) wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
270g unsalted natural peanut butter (I used what I eat)
1 cup low fat milk (I used goats milk)
Carob buttons

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 170C/325F.
Line baking pan with paper or grease pans.
Combine the flour and baking powder and set aside.
In a mixer bowl add all the ingredients and mix with an electric mixer until well blended.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.

Today, with a very heavy heart, I have to say goodbye to our beautiful Molly. 💔🐾

Molly wasn’t just a cat – she was part of the Wendy’s Pet Meat family, our resident mascot, official greeter, supervisor of all shop activities, and friend to so many of you. At 15–16 years of age, she lived a wonderful life filled with love, sunshine, treats, naps, and countless pats from customers.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to give her a cuddle, a scratch behind the ears, or simply said hello. She adored the attention, especially from the children who would come looking for her and light up when they found her lounging in her favourite spot.

Molly has been here since I purchased the property 14 years ago. Through all the changes, busy days, celebrations, challenges, and memories, she was always there. She was the last of my original little crew, which makes this goodbye even harder.

My heart is truly broken. The shop won’t quite feel the same without her gentle presence, her curious little inspections, or seeing her stretched out watching the world go by.

Run free now, beautiful girl. 🌈🐾 May there be endless sunny spots to sleep in, plenty of treats, and all the love you could ever want.
