Sunday Spotlight on our Softie collection in the Red Sea Re**er 300XL, aka “The Stash Tank”. Is it just us, or are Softies the new hard?! This system is absolutely banging, and has properly recovered from the store relocation.

Octocorals are by far some of the easiest and most satisfying corals to care for in captivity. While they may not necessarily come in bold block colours like LPS and SPS, their ability to create a diversity of textures in a variety of subtle green - purple shades is nothing short of mesmerising. There’s no denying how forgiving they are of water parameters, although they respond with luscious growth and movement (in high light and flow) when water quality reflects optimum levels. They also love regular doses of Iodide, Nickel and live Phytoplankton for nutrition.

What do you think still needs to be featured in here? Plenty of room left! We’re super keen to add a Tubipora bommie. Oh yah, and some fish!
