🎵"Don't Worry Baby"🎵

Laila wouldn't hurt a fly but she might've thought a fly could hurt her, by the way she was 'freezing up' on walks 🥶. Many signs of life or movement spooked her out, and she wasn't soaking up the good bits. Then in her first ever session with The Dog Tuner AU, she was meeting and greeting the neighbours AND their big dogs!

I'm stoked 🤙 to hear since then, her loving owner's taking her to dog parks now! Things are looking up for Laila 🥰🐾

🎵"Go Speed Racer Go"🎵

5y.o. Billy the Greyhound is getting re-tuned from the racetrack into retirement - or from GO to FLOW - as he learns how doors and floors and leashes and cats and other things work. And how NOT to get hurt trying!

Note: The photo of Billy in bed was his idea, lol... He just wanted to put his leash on and go out.(Super-nicely)...

The photo of Billy in trophy was Photoshopped, because it's cute. No Greyhounds were harmed or put into trophies. 😜

Leo, Theo & Coco aren't some obscure 90s electro dance group, but they are three dogs near .

Even after owning Pomeranians for nearly 50 years, their humans found that newly added band member - 1 y.o. Pom 'Leo' - really has a mind of his own. Or maybe the mind of a free range rabbit...

They called in The Dog Tuner after Leo went AWOL for a few days (!), shortly after arriving at his new home. So I'll call him Leo Strayer! 😅

Leo's never been an indoors dog (or even a pet), so he's learning much-needed house training and better decision-making. He'd never received instructions from a male (oh hi!), and wasn't a fan of being groomed or even petted.😥 One hour later and he was in his new Mum's lap, snoring whilst getting brushed and pat by many hands. His sudden flighty escapism was switched off and we're looking forward to his future family fusion.

🎵"It's A Kind of Magic"🎵

Even with a leash on, Freddie WAS dancing all over the stage on his walks, like his last name was Mercury. 🎸👑🤘🏻

His other puppy classes hadn't worked out, but we probably covered a few weeks worth of those in just one session, and he loved it! ❤️ (Plus, it didn't break the bank)...💲✅

Here's Fred after his first ever 1-on-1 training with The Dog Tuner... Just prancing along like a good little rock star. 🤩

🎵'The Safety Dance'🎵

Some pups who "don't know any better" will chew or eat the wrong things and get some 'colourful' feedback from their owners, if they're not already hurt, poisoned, or worse... 🤞🏻☠️😭

Did you know?... 1 x preventative training session with The Dog Tuner costs LESS (in time AND money) than most trips to the vet.
And while the rewards are instant, the knowledge is lifelong.

(Sorry vets. I'm reducing your workload).

The Dog Tuner AU in Tewantin serves Noosa & surrounds with all forms of training, walking, socialisation, etc, from only $80/hr, no strings attached.

Yours drooly, TDT 🐾🎵

Sshhh! One of the prettiest, most serene and tropical dog parks we've been to is also one of the Sunshine Coast's best kept secrets. 🤫
Not even Google knows about it, so maybe it was 🎵"Just My Imagination"🎵😜

(It would also make for an amazing music festival called Dogapalooza)...🤔🐾🎶

Thankyou to my local customers for sharing this location.
Mazzy loves it! 🐕♥️

🎵"Everything's gonna be alright"🎵 for young Kelpie/Rottie 'Gracie', because she's learning everything about everything!

Over-exuberant jumping, leash pulling & chewing, clingy anxiety, all SOLVED in one session ✅✅✅

Next challenge: RECALL!
And a bit of graceful Gracie food bowl etiquette. 😇

This was a bit of a 🎵 'Bohemian Rhapsody' 🎵 training session because it was so unique and different.

8 y.o. Bull Arab / Mastiff 'Calypso' & her 9 month old daughter 'Dotty' are so laid back they'll let the cat take their leash 😂, but the time has come for them to be more like guard dogs, so... more alert, more reactive, more noisy at certain times. It's the opposite of what we usually teach.

No other local trainers were willing to try.

But we got these Australian Idles activated & their owners armed with stacks of tact for solid future progress - without disturbing the neighbours. 🚨💪🏻🤫

It's🎵"Just Like Starting Over"🎵 for former stud dog Duncan, who's learning the art of leash socialisation. Here's his good side (cute, cuter, cutest) inbetween making friends - not enemies - on the leash. It literally only took a few minutes to replace his nervous noisy reactivity with cool calm charisma. Now his fur-Mum can approach other dogs instead of avoiding them! 🥰
