Behind every well-run veterinary practice is a Practice Manager holding it all together. 🙌

At Kooringal Veterinary Hospital, we know that the work our Practice Managers and management teams do every day is what keeps our clinics running — and our patients cared for. They handle the details so our veterinary teams can focus on what matters most: the animals.

It takes real dedication, and we don't take that for granted.

To our PM's Nicole, Emily, Karlie, Donna, Abbie and Hayley — thank you 🙏

Behind every smooth visit is someone who answered the call — sometimes literally. 📞

Veterinary receptionists do so much more than answer phones. They triage urgent situations, comfort worried pet owners, and set the tone for every single visit. They truly are the face of Kooringal Veterinary Hospital.

It takes patience, compassion, and real skill to do this job well — and we see it every day. 💙

🐱Does your cat venture outdoors? Let's talk about FIV

Feline Immunodeficiency virus (FIV) spreads mainly through deep bite wounds, making cats that roam or fight more at risk- even when those encounters happen close to home❤️

FIV affects a cat's immune system, keeping your cat indoors or in a secure outdoor enclosure helps reduce their exposure. We highly recommend FIV vaccination if your cat has access to outdoors in any capacity.

If your cat spends time outdoors, chat with our team about FIV testing and whether vaccination is suitable.

We're here to help you choose the best protection for your feline friends🐾📞

Day 3 is for them. The surgical superheroes in scrubs who show up with precision and heart, every single time.
