Their mum and dad headed off for a beach holiday and I checked in on these guys morning and night to make sure everyone was happy, safe, fed, and not getting lonely.

we believe trust starts long before your booking begins.

We want you to get to know us, meet the person who will be caring for your animals and property, and feel completely confident before you confirm your booking.

Every client and every property is different, so we tailor the process to suit your needs.

We can arrange:
🏡 An in-person Meet & Greet at your property.
📞 A phone Meet & Greet.
💻 A video Meet & Greet.
🔑 A property handover prior to your departure.

During your Meet & Greet or handover, we'll:
🐴 Meet your horses, pets and livestock.
🏡 Walk through your property and daily routines.
📝 Discuss feeding schedules, medications and any special care requirements.
💬 Answer your questions and ensure everyone feels comfortable before your booking begins.
