🌿 Welcome, I'm Jazmin.

I'm a registered counsellor with availability for new clients, offering nature-based and equine-assisted therapy sessions in Tallong, soon to be Goulburn.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, body-based approaches to healing through Somatic Experiencing and experiential learning, supporting both young people and adults in reconnecting with safety, resilience, and a sense of wholeness within their bodies.

🐎 Horses are central to my practice—intuitive, non-judgmental partners who offer a powerful space for emotional growth and regulation. Through equine-assisted therapy, clients experience deep connection, presence, and healing in ways that traditional talk therapy may not always reach.

With a strong foundation in youth work, mental health, domestic and family violence (DFV), and trauma, I understand the complex challenges individuals face. I meet each client with empathy, structure, and creativity, tailoring sessions to their unique needs. My approach is relational, experiential, and somatic—always guided by the principles of safety and trust.
