A very long and overdue post

TQ26
I don’t know where to start so incredibly proud and amazed with our horses and what they achieved

Khan Sadyk 1st Heavyweight and best conditioned in 11hours 59mins, 12th overall out of 225 starters and 6th place in the top 10

Garonne Park Xcite 14th middleweight and this was her fastest 160km by 2 hours in 13 hours 44 mins

There are so many people to thank for their help to make this all possible
Kylie Berg for travelling, feeding us, head strapper and everything else you do
Jessica Meares for coming all the way from WA to see Sadyk and strapping aswell
Trenton for his help in the crewing area

Thank you to the rug sponsors
Mr Loans - 1st place heavyweight
TQ 25 committee - Best conditioned heavyweight
Shanelli Park Endurance - Top 10

Peter Horobin Saddlery for their awesome saddles
Both horses were ridden in SF Eldorado’s with Sadyk using the new airflow seat version and contoured sternum relief girth (the best his girth area has ever been)

Inside Out Equine Health for
custom diet plans making sure the horses get everything they need to succeed with their mineral pellets, flaxseed oil and h**p promega

And finally to the ride committee, vets and volunteers for all the hard work to make this event possible

What a fantastic new ride on the calendar, well done to the ride committee and we’re already looking forward to our next time there
So proud of both horses who looked and felt amazing all day
Khan Sadyk 1st heavyweight, best conditioned and 2nd overall with the fastest last loop speed
Garonne Park Xcite smashed it with her fastest 100km yet and was a joy the whole way through

Thanks to Windermere Park Arabians for sponsoring the BC rug

Thank you Kylie Berg for strapping and keeping us fed all weekend

A huge thanks to my sponsors:
Peter Horobin Saddlery for the continued support. Sadyk and Xcite were ridden in the SF Eldorado.
And Inside Out Equine Health, helping keep our horses shining inside and out with a tailored and independent diet plan that includes their first cold pressed flaxseed oil, H**p Promega and Mineral Pellets.

Now time for lots of bubble wrap until July d

Eldorado Season Step In
After a good spell following his super performance last Quilty, we took Khan Sadyk out for his first ride back of the season with him cruising around the 80km event and coming in 1st heavyweight.

A huge thanks to my sponsors:
Peter Horobin Saddlery for the continued support. Sadyk did his first ride in the new wool flocked feathertop which passed its first big ride with flying colours.
And Inside Out Equine Health, helping keep Sadyk shining inside and out with a tailored and independent diet plan that includes their first cold pressed flaxseed oil and Mineral Pellets.

Some amazing news
I'm super excited to announce my sponsorship with Inside Out Equine Health.
We have been using Erika’s products for over 2 years now and couldn’t be happier with how the horses look and feel. As an independent equine nutritionist, she provides expert advice that shows in our horses.
Erika from Inside Out Equine Health was absolutely thrilled that Sadyk and I not only won the heavyweight division and best conditioned at the most recent Tom Quilty 160km in Tassie, but that we were also awarded the Pat Slater Cup - a trophy for one of the top 10 horses that emanates beauty and athleticism.
Erika was so happy to see a horse on her diet and supplements achieve such prestigious results, especially as Inside Out Equine Health is a fairly small name in a mass of big name brands. For more information feel free to get in touch with her at insideouteqinehealth.com or on Facebook
