UTERUS EVICTION COMPLETE!!!

Hey guys I just wanted to jump into your feed to say a very big thank you to everyone that has taken the time to wish me well for today. It’s been a long one, up at 4.30am.
But the good news is Surgery went well and hoping to be allowed home Thursday. I even had one of my beautiful clients looking after me today in Nepean Private. Small world lol.
It truly means the world to me to know you all care so much. Your continued love and support of St Clair Dog Grooming (SCDG) is incredibly valued and appreciated not just by me but my entire family. Supporting small local businesses like mine is so important to help keep our community thriving.
I’m keen to get home, heal and rest and then get back to making your fur babies clean tidy and gorgeous for you all. Thank you and much love

Hope
❤️

Hey guys. I’m on the downhill run to my surgery which is coming up so fast. Before I close I’m implementing a couple of new things that will hopefully make life a little easier for both you and me. My current booking software whilst it’s great is also
1. Expensive 2. Limited with what it can do. I have spent a great deal of time setting up a new software. No longer will you have to go online to make a booking. You can simply message my new Ai assistant Mia. Mia is here to help save me time whilst also ensuring you guys get the service you deserve. No more waiting for me to respond. Mia can answer almost any question you have. She can give you my next available appointment, check what spaces I have available on a particular day. She can explain what each service includes. She can tell
You when your next appointment is. She can move your appointment (and actually move it instead of hoping I remember to actually save the change lol I’m human!!) she can even offer you ad ons that may benefit your pooch. I’m so excited to give this software a good work out. She will be amazingly helpful whilst I am recovering from my operation. It’s a software made by groomers here in Australia which means we are supporting another home grown business. You can still call the business phone number you have always used. If you want to ask a question or make a booking you just need to message ‪+61 468 000 671‬ and Mia will be able to help. I can monitor all
Messages and jump in if there are any issues. I will see every message.
This means I can spend more time focusing on your fluffies when they are in the salon and also give me some family time back. Looking forward to hearing what everyone thinks. You can still book when you are in the salon and if you don’t feel comfortable using Mia just reach out and I’ll of course be able to help you out like always. I don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable.
I Hope you are all well and thank you as always for your support.

Just a reminder the salon will be closed from 4th October until 19th October because I will be having surgery. When I return I will only be able to groom small dogs for the first couple of weeks. If you need to make an appointment before I close, please reach out.
