What a fantastic weekend we just had! I finally got a moment to catch up on my instagram duties 😁
Before Mochi went home on Sunday, we had the pleasure of Willow joining us for a few days. She is a return pup to the pack, and she's always a lot of fun to have around. Never a boring moment when she is here!
All girls left the farm now - so it's just Badger and Zorba again.

Welcome back, Badger 🥰
Badger, another return guest, travelled all the way from Wollongong to spend a holiday on the new farm! It was so exciting to take him up the mountain dam this afternoon. He loved it!

🦡 Fun Fact!

Badger and Zorba knew each other before I knew any of them! Before Zorba became my dog, they used to live in the same suburb and often engaged in a fun little fence-fight exercise on their daily walk.
They got to know each other properly since then, and now they are enjoying the farm in St Albans together. It's such a small world after all! 🥰

Welcome back to Polite Pups, Mochi 😍 it's such a pleasure to show old friends around the new farm! 🥹 While Mochi's parents are on holiday, she came to spend her very own vacation with us. Although she probably won't join us on hardcore hikes, she'll still have plenty of fun exploring the garden and the creek and making new friends on the farm 🐑🦆🪿🐓

Thank you to everybody who helped this lovely dog on her amazing journey. She found the perfect home and family and we couldn't be happier with the outcome 😍

URGENT HOME NEEDED
Miri has been found on the St Albans Common, by herself. As we later found out, she walked all the way from Bucketty. She was skinny and exhausted. Who knows what's she's been eating in the bush and who knows how long she's been there alone.
After receiving medical treatment at Point Vet, the lovely Bracken booked her in for boarding and training with me. She is still with me in St Albans, NSW.
She is a big cuddly teddy bear. Her age is unknown, but she is young, would be around or under 5. Her breed is also unknown, potentially Anatolian shepherd cross. She is BIG. Absolutely loves people. Doesn't show interest in livestock; she's been fine around my chicken and my sheep. Perfect guard dog; she'll look after her person and her property forever. No need to worry about foxes or anything of that sort, if you decide to take her on! She loves car rides and adventures. Her recall is really coming together, she is fantastic on the lead.
She is a perfect dog by all means, except that she isn't a fan of other dogs. She puts up with them on walks, in the park etc, so simply walking her wouldn't be an issue. It's more like living with other dogs. It's not her fault; she had a rough past with very few resources so now she doesn't want to share them. Not her food, not her space, not her bed, not her person etc. Although this makes it harder to rehome her, she absolutely deserves the best possible home; she has a huge heart, and honestly if I didn't have so many dogs around at all times I would take her myself. She also hasn't shown any kind of resource guarding or aggression towards humans, ever, no matter the situation. She is just nice, chill, easy going, and wants to belong. Whoever decides to adopt her, is a very, very lucky person.
