As restrictions ease and we are able to travel further than our LGA, why not give yourself a well earned change of scenery? Plan a day trip, a weekend getaway, heck even a mid-week getaway! Or perhaps start to organise for the upcoming Christmas holiday break. You deserve it and it helps boost those businesses who have also felt the bite of lockdown, floods, bushfires and drought.

Featured is at Culburra Beach on the beautiful NSW South Coast. Might just pop down from Sydney for a coffee!

The Easter school holidays are quickly coming upon us.

If you are taking your furry family members on holiday with you, here are a few things you may want to consider before you you embark on your adventure:-

* food – locate the supermarket or pet store closest to where you are staying that you can purchase your pets food or treats from

* vet – we always hope nothing happens but in the event something unexpected does, it is good to know where the closest vet(s) are and their opening hours

* dangers in the area – are snakes about? Cane toads? Ticks? It is helpful to be aware of what dangers could be about for the particular area you are holidaying in. Google or place a call to the local vet to ask.

* vehicle restraint – pets need to be kept safe in our cars as well. Ensure you have organised whichever method you choose – harness, seatbelt, cage etc.
