A little update from me and a very big THANK YOU! ❤️
The last couple of months have certainly thrown just about everything at me.
At the end of July, I broke three bones in my foot and leg and spent 2 months in a moon boot and a fair amount of pain. At almost the same time, my grooming assistant left to pursue an entirely new career. I had enough dogs scheduled for 2 people and then incurred two more injuries from a subsequent fall.
Meanwhile, I was right in the middle of organising AusGroom, taking a short break then travelling interstate to spend time with a very unwell family member, and then travelling interstate again after AusGroom to see family.
Just when I thought things might settle down, I came home and managed to get hit with two pretty unpleasant illnesses!
So, to every customer who has waited a little longer for an order, a reply, or for me to get something sorted - thank you.
In one instance the delay was longer than it should have been through a series of events - the perfect storm you might say and this is certainly not my usual practice.
Your patience, kindness and understanding have meant an enormous amount to me.
But finally… I’m back!
I’m feeling much better, catching up, getting everything back on track and genuinely excited about what comes next.
There are some very exciting things happening behind the scenes for Scissor Shop and Delta Grooming Scissors, including new product ranges and I can’t wait to share more with you very soon.
