💙 🐾 Remembering Our Friends...
🧡 One of the most difficult parts of having a pet is having to say goodbye.
🐾 At Gold Coast Vet Surgery we really appreciate the trust that pet parents put in us to help guide you in the decision making process. It is an honour to be the ones to be there to help ease their suffering and lay them to rest in as calm, peaceful, gentle & respectful way as possible.
💙 It's always a difficult time, but hopefully we can help to make it a little bit easier for you.
🐾 And when they've passed we encourage you to treasure your happy memories & so we'd love to give you the opportunity to share a photo & a few words about a special friend who touched your life & is fondly remembered.
💙 We'd like to start it off with this photo of Benny, a very long term patient of Gold Coast Vet Surgery, who sadly passed away last week at 15yrs & 10mths of age. Benny is an absolute legend, taking multiple major medical challenges in his stride, including radiation treatment for a brain tumour, surgery to remove a cancerous adrenal glands & having had his spleen & more than half of his liver surgically removed.
🐾 His pet parents kept in touch from all over the world, including consulting with us from Las Vegas and regional Qld. Like them, we're devastated by his loss, but we will treasure our happy memories of a very unique patient 😢
