Sayaka has been in Australia on a working holiday, which sadly is coming to an end in October. She has been grooming in Sydney and recently moved to the Sunshine Coast for the remainder of her stay. We are looking forward to learning and refining Asian Fusion styling from her over the coming months. Let us introduce Sheridan Smith.
Sheridan is our quiet achiever with over 4 years experience grooming (yes she is young but also the owner of 5 Shelties so had to learn fast) Her work is show quality and she specialises in Double Coated breeds, de-sheds are her jam!!! She says she is happy to listen to any music but I hear her choosing 70's and 80's classic bangers. Again a lovely human being as all our groomers are. Let us introduce Alex Jones.
Alex is our Master Groomer and has been with us for a year, returning to work after her last child started daycare. Alex is only with us a few days a week so appointments with her are limited. Alex was previously a veterinary nurse and that knowledge comes in handy when we have a few questionable bumps, lumps and lesions appearing on our clients. She loves a run, outdoors and Country Music (opposite ends to Aura - makes for a battle of the speaker 🤣🤣) Alex is a calming force and her approach is of genuine concern for the health and wellbeing of your dog. Let us introduce Aura Bell.
Aura started grooming with us in March and under the guidance of Alex Jones our Master Groomer (a "lefty" - left handed) has come along in leaps and bounds. She is so very patient with all our clients, loves a bit of colour in her life, loves music especially heavy metal (opposite to Alex so always a battle of the speaker on days they work together), has a new found appreciation of gym life. For anyone affected by the closure of Elite Grooming in Currimundi, we have opened up some places in the coming weeks. If your dog is in need of an urgent groom we will try to accommodate. We are located in the Currimundi Markets on Nicklin Way Currimundi, next to McDonalds. We have our own entry, open before the pet store so head here for drop off and pick up. If you require supplies for your dog, pop in and see the staff at Fins Fangs Feathers and Fur and they will be able to help with dietary questions, recommended toys, treats, dental products, parasite treatments and anything else you need help with. They are fully independant and can generally carry most of your favourite brands, or better....help you find an Australian company equivalent to what you currently use.
