💗 🥰 A little update from us 🥰 💗

A little over a year ago, I shared that one of my parents had been diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer. I wanted to give you all a small update and explain a little of what has been happening behind the scenes.

The past year has been a very difficult one for my family. I've continued doing all of your orders throughout it, but I haven't had the time or headspace to work on anything new.

A few months ago, my parent underwent major surgery to remove the organs affected by the cancer. The surgery was successful. They are still having hospital visits and we don't yet know what the future will bring, but they have been fighting incredibly hard. ❤️ things are steady for now 🩷

Thankfully, things are a little quieter and more steady at the moment, so I am continuing the business as usual and am finally able to start working on some exciting new things again! 🥰

Orders are open as normal, with our usual 1–2 week turnaround, and often much faster depending on the week.

I also just want to say a huge THANK YOU to every single person who has supported my little business since 2022. Every order, message, recommendation and bit of support has meant more to me than you know. 💗

Thank you for sticking around through the quiet times. I’m so excited to finally be able to bring some new things your way again! 🥰✨

We are OPEN on our website however! 📢
Our Etsy Store Will Come to an End ❤️

After an incredible 1,734 sales, we’ve made the decision to close JUST our Etsy store.

Our Website and eBay is still continuing to run and will stay open. 🥰

Our Etsy shop was our very first little business venture, and honestly, we couldn’t be more proud of how far it came! 🥹❤️

Unfortunately, due to some label limitations with Etsy Seller and Australia Post, it’s no longer practical for us to continue operating through the platform.
While it’s definitely bittersweet to say goodbye to our Etsy shop, we’re incredibly excited about what’s next! 🥰

A huge thank you to every single person who placed an order, supported us, shared our products or simply cheered us on along the way for our Etsy store! 🥹🎉❤️

Stay tuned for more updates for our website!✨🥰

I wanted to reach out personally to say thank you for your ongoing support, and to offer a sincere apology for the recent price increases in my shop.

Over the past few years, the cost of materials, supplies, packaging, and shipping has risen dramatically. I’ve done everything I could to absorb these increases without passing them on, and for almost four years I’ve kept the prices of our Sample Packs and Essential Diet Packs exactly the same. But now with expenses continuing to rise and the business becoming harder to sustain, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to adjust our prices. This is something I truly wanted to avoid, but it’s necessary to keep the shop running and continue offering the products you rely on.

I completely understand that price changes can be frustrating, and I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that I remain committed to keeping prices as fair and as stable as possible, and to being transparent with you every step of the way. Next year our shop is undergoing a complete transformation and I cannot wait to share it with you all.

Thank you so much for your understanding, your patience, and for supporting a small Aussie business. It means more than you know.

Warm regards, Cathy from Cathys Creations AU.
