Echo Park Padthaway (Paddy) likes to get up close and personal with the sheep. Definitely will be teaching her to take a few backward steps.

Time to wind up the naming post. We now have pups named Marcia,Jan and Cindy. Marcia the black one and Jan has the most white. Well done to Sarah Miegel and all those who voted. We will pass on a bottle of red to Sarah which I recently won at Maitland trial. I think I know someone who will help you drink it. 😁

While we are coming up for names of these pups I thought we might take them to the sheep to see if they have any work instinct yet. 3 months old. 🐑🐑🐑🐕

~ We need your help ~

Lady’s three pups are still without a name, and we need your help!

They are all girls, so comment below three girls names that follow a theme (eg. lily, rose, and daisy). As we have dragged this out for long enough, the comment that has the most likes wins! 🏅

The only condition is no names starting with S.

Stefan had a great result at the Dogpro Maitland sheepdog trial this weekend. On tough sheep, Bazza placed first and Lady placed fourth, Pearl also finished third in the novice. Nev had a good run in the novice but Stefan opted to retire. Stefan is heading to the Paskeville trial on Tuesday to compete with Lady and Uno.

10 minutes later and the sheep are much quieter.

A good day to sort out some young dogs today. But the most important part is to get the training sheep quiet with some experienced dogs

The latest addition at Echo Park is Fynbos Bluey. After a long trip across the Nullarbor she arrived tonight with PAW Bulldogs transport. No problems thinking of a name for her. NO she is not a blue healer. YES she is a Merle Border Collie
