Tomorrow is our last day of trade before the Easter long weekend 🐰 we are open Thursday 9am-6pm.
We have ordered lots of extra stock so will have plenty of variety available tomorrow purchase, and we are still taking orders if you’d like to pre-order something!

We will reopen on Tuesday but will be selling mostly frozen minces with stock levels anticipated to return to normal later on in the week.

🎄 Christmas and New Years trading hours🎄

Here are some important reminders about stock levels throughout this time ⬇️
🐾 In between Christmas and New Years and for the first couple days of January, we will have very minimal fresh minces and will essentially only be selling frozen stock.
🐾 Because of the increased demand for turkey at this time of year we do not expect to have much turkey mince available over the next month or two.
🐾 Due to all of the public holidays/supplier closures, some minces will be out of stock after Christmas for longer than others. If your pet can only eat select proteins and you have the freezer space, we would suggest getting enough before Christmas to last you 2-3 weeks.
🐾 We do expect to have an adequate supply of fresh cooked foods (prime rolls and meatloaves) and dry food available throughout this time.

Orders 📲
Placing orders to collect prior to Christmas is highly encouraged! Orders can be placed by either Facebook/ Instagram DMs or calling us on 82632794. If possible it's best to call and order a day or two prior to when you'd like to collect but we will be working hard to make sure we have plenty of stock available each day so same day orders will likely be okay too!

⚠️ Delivery info ⚠️
The last deliveries before Christmas will be done on Monday 22nd Dec (for this week only it will include those that are normally done on Tuesday) and will resume on Monday 5th Jan, which means there will be 2 weeks between deliveries.
Those with a standing weekly/fortnightly order - your deliveries will automatically resume on the 5th or 6th. To adjust your standing order to include more (or less) in order to account for the extra time between deliveries, please call or message us to organise. You are also able to place an order to pick up from the store at anytime between deliveries. If you wish to place a delivery order or adjust an existing one for the week before Christmas it MUST be done on Fri 19th at the latest.
