A little reminder from the Buddies team 🐾

As a small business, last minute cancellations and no-shows have a huge impact on our day. We organise staffing based on bookings and often turn other dogs away once we’re full.

We completely understand that emergencies happen, however moving forward, bookings cancelled without enough notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please feel free to reach out and chat with us 🩷
