🎉 Online Booking is Now Live! 🐾

I'm excited to announce that online booking is now available!

🐶 New clients: Please complete my New Client Intake Form before booking your first appointment.

🐾 Existing clients: If you haven't already completed the intake form, I'd really appreciate you taking a few minutes to do so. It helps me keep your dog's information up to date and provide the best possible service.
Once your intake form is complete, you can book your appointments online at a time that suits you!

If you can't find a suitable appointment time, don't worry! Send me a message with the days and times that work best for you, and I'll do my best to fit you in.

‼️For all my regulars if you already have your existing bookings for the year, nothing will change and you don’t need to do anything, the only thing now is you will receive a text 48 hours before your appointment to confirm our booking.

🐶 A little note about bookings: As I'm a solo groomer, I'm currently focusing on clients who would like to stay on a regular grooming schedule. This allows me to provide consistent care for each dog and manage my appointment availability. Unfortunately, I have very limited availability for one-off or occasional grooms.

If you have any questions or aren't sure if I service your area, feel free to send me a message.

Thank you so much for your continued support.

Hi everyone,
I'm starting to use a new grooming software to make things easier for everyone - and me 😅. It includes appointment reminders for you and will also give you access to online booking and rescheduling 24/7.
When you have a spare moment, could you please complete the form for me?
If you have multiple dogs, there is an option to add additional pets underneath the Health Issues section.
Thanks so much for your support!

Business Update 🐾

To my valued clients,

Due to rising operating costs, including fuel, supply costs, and general cost of living increases, prices for certain services will be revised slightly — approximately $5–$10 starting June 8th.

I’ve always tried hard to keep my prices as realistic and manageable as possible for you, and I’ve kept this adjustment as small as I can while still maintaining the high-quality care, time, and attention your fur babies deserve 🐶✨

I truly appreciate your continued support, loyalty, and understanding, and I’m so grateful for you supporting my small business ❤️
If you have any questions regarding updated pricing or your future costs, please feel free to contact me anytime.

Thank you again,
Sam - K9 Klip n Klean
