✨🐾 GLOW UP TUESDAY: Mack & Archie! 🐾✨
Look who’s all grown up! 🥹💙

Mack and Archie joined us for puppy school, and now they’re back as big boys for their annual health checks! 🩺🐶

It’s always so lovely watching our puppy school graduates grow into happy, healthy adults. 🐾💕

Give these handsome boys a big round of applause for their glow up! 👏✨

We had a very serious situation at the clinic… Miss Freya was found UPSIDE DOWN and clearly required immediate belly rubs! 😂🐶💗

Thankfully, our team jumped into action with cuddles, tummy scratches and lots of attention until she was safely the right way up again. 😉

🐭✨ Even the tiniest patients need a little TLC!

This little mouse came in for a very special procedure — desexing! 💙

Our team takes care of patients big and small, making sure even our tiniest furry friends get the care they deserve. 🩺🐭

Now that Philip is desexed he will be able to live with his girlfriends without any unexpected litters occurring!

❤️ 5 DAYS OF VET NURSES — DAY 5: THE CUDDLERS & COMFORT GIVERS ❤️

And finally... perhaps the most important job of all.
Professional cuddler. 🥰🐾

Vet nurses are there for your pets when they're scared, uncomfortable, confused or just missing their people.

So today, and every day, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to our amazing vet nurses for everything you do for our patients, our clients and our veterinary team.

You are the heart of the clinic. ❤️🐾

Happy Vet Nurse Day 🎉

🧠 5 DAYS OF VET NURSES — DAY 4: THE ORGANISERS & EDUCATORS 🧠

Vet nurses are the ultimate multitaskers. 📋🐾
One minute they're helping with a consultation, the next they're answering a client's questions, preparing medications, organising the day's procedures, checking stock, cleaning equipment and supporting our vets.

Our nurses are also a huge part of client education.
They help explain medications and treatment plans, demonstrate how to give tablets, ear medication or injections, provide parasite prevention advice, help with nutrition and weight management, and answer those questions that suddenly come to mind once you've left the consultation room.

They're often the friendly face clients see throughout their pet's visit — helping turn a potentially scary veterinary experience into something a little less daunting.

Tomorrow is our final day... and we're saving one of the most important nursing jobs until last. ❤️

🩹 5 DAYS OF VET NURSES — DAY 3: THE TREATMENT EXPERTS 🩹

Bandages. Wounds. Dressings. Medications. Catheters. Injections. Fluids.
Our vet nurses do a LOT! 😅

From cleaning and dressing wounds to changing bandages, administering medications and caring for hospitalised patients, our nurses are hands-on throughout the day.

There’s never really a quiet moment!

Tomorrow, we’re putting another nursing skill in the spotlight. 👀🐾

💉 5 DAYS OF VET NURSES — DAY 2: THE ANAESTHETIC TECHNICIANS 💉

When your pet has a sedation or anaesthetic, there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes — and our vet nurses are right there throughout it all. 🐶🐱

Our nurses play a vital role in anaesthesia. They prepare equipment and medications, place IV catheters, monitor heart rate, breathing, blood pressure, oxygen levels and temperature, and keep a very close eye on your pet throughout their procedure.

Then comes recovery — arguably one of the most important parts. Our nurses continue monitoring patients as they wake up, keeping them warm, comfortable and making sure they're properly awake before heading home.

Tomorrow we'll be highlighting another very important nursing superpower... 🐾
