🎉🐾 HAIRYSMILES TURNS 6 TODAY! 🐾

Today we’re celebrating 6 amazing years of HairySmiles! 🎂🥳💕

What an incredible journey it has been, and we simply couldn’t have done it without our wonderful clients and, of course, all of our gorgeous HairySmilers who walk through our doors. 🐶❤️

To every client who has trusted us with their precious fur babies, supported our little business, recommended us to friends and family, and stood by us through all the ups and downs — THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. 💕

You have helped turn a dream into something truly special, and we feel incredibly lucky to have such a beautiful HairySmiles family.

Here’s to 6 years of wagging tails, wet noses, fluffy makeovers, cuddles, laughs and thousands of HairySmiles! 🐾✂️🥰

Dear HairySmiles Families,
It is with a heavy heart that I need to let you know that HairySmiles Pet Boutique will be closed for the entire month of August. We will be in contact with all our beautiful clients that have appointments this month..
Over recent months, I have been facing ongoing health challenges, and after much thought, I have come to the difficult decision that I need to step away from work for a short time to focus on my physical wellbeing. This is not a decision I have made lightly, as caring for your beautiful dogs has always been much more than a job to me—it has been a privilege and something I genuinely love.
I know this closure may cause inconvenience, and I am truly sorry to leave you without your regular grooming appointments during this time. Please know that this break is necessary if I am to recover properly and return to doing what I love with the care, patience, and energy that your precious pets deserve.
My hope is to reopen in September, provided my health has improved. I am taking this time to rest, heal, and return as a healthier, happier version of myself so I can continue caring for all my wonderful HairySmiles clients and their families.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding, kindness, and ongoing support. Your loyalty, friendship, and trust over the years mean more to me than words can express, and I look forward to seeing you all again as soon as I am able.
With love and heartfelt thanks,
Nadine

💖 Important HairySmiles Update 💖
To our wonderful HairySmiles family,
Firstly, thank you for trusting us with your beautiful hairysmilers . We know they are part of your family, and it’s a privilege to pamper & care for them.
As we begin the new financial year, we are updating our pricing across all appointments. While many of our newer clients have already been on our current pricing structure, we will now be aligning pricing for all clients moving forward.
This allows us to continue providing the boutique grooming experience you know and love, including:
🐶 Gentle, personalised care for every hairysmiler.
✨ Highly trained professional groomers
🛁 Premium grooming products and equipment
💖 A calm, caring salon environment where your hairysmilers wellbeing always comes first
Like many small businesses, we’ve experienced ongoing increases in wages, products, utilities and operating / building costs. This pricing alignment helps us continue delivering the highest standard of grooming without compromising on quality or the care your hairysmilers deserve.
Important Service Update
Following recent professional Canine First Aid Training Course, we have also made the decision to discontinue a**l gland expression as part of our services.
Current veterinary advice highlights that routine external gland expression can carry risks and is not recommended unless specifically required for medical reasons. The health and safety of every hairysmiler is our highest priority, and we believe following the latest professional guidance is the right decision for our clients and their pets.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your continued support of our small family business. It means the world to us, and we look forward to welcoming your furry family members into the salon for many years to come.
With gratitude, 💖The HairySmiles Team

🐾 FIRST AID DOGGY TRAINING 🐾 Tomorrow the team and myself are taking some time away from the salon to complete doggy first aid training.

As much as we love making your hairysmilers look and feel their best, their safety and wellbeing will always be our highest priority. While emergencies are rare, having the knowledge and skills to recognise a problem early and respond appropriately can make a significant difference when every second counts.

By continuing our education and keeping our first aid training up to date, we’re ensuring we can provide the safest possible environment for every hairysmiler that walks through our doors.

Thank you for your understanding while we’re closed today. We believe ongoing learning is an important part of providing the highest standard of care for your beloved furry family members. ❤️🐶

We’ll be back in salon Tuesday for more pampering sessions. 🤗🥰

To our cherished clients, 🐾💔

We have said goodbye to far too many beautiful hairysmiler’s who have touched not only your lives but ours as well.

When a beloved hairysmiler passes, it is never “just a pet” that is lost. They are family members, loyal companions, trusted friends, and a constant source of unconditional love. They share our happiest moments, comfort us during our hardest days, and leave paw prints on our hearts that remain forever.

We want you to know that during this difficult time, our hearts are with you. It has been a privilege to know and care for your precious hairysmiler’s, and we feel honoured to have been a small part of their lives.

The love you gave them, the adventures you shared, and the memories you created together are gifts that will never fade. Though their time with us is never long enough, their impact is immeasurable.

To all the families grieving the loss of a beloved hairysmiler’s, please know that you are in our thoughts. We mourn alongside you and celebrate the wonderful lives that these special souls lived.

Run free, sweet friends. You were deeply loved and will never be forgotten.

With love and sympathy,

From the HairySmiles Girls xo 🥺🐾
