Dear members,
Our AGM this year is on August 22rd at 4:00pm. Nominations are now open for committee and other volunteer positions for August 2026 to August 2027. Many volunteer positions help to make our club a happy, thriving dog club offering something for everyone with 7 different disciplines.
Volunteers organise and instruct classes, run trials, look after equipment and help out in the clubhouse, just to name a few roles! You can find further information about all our volunteer positions and how to make a nomination or self-nominate for a role in the Meetings tab under Club Resources and Forms at this link: https://www.nsdogtraining.org.au/club-resources/ Please read the relevant nomination form, committee statement of duty requirements and non-committee volunteer duties before applying.
Committee nominations close on Saturday August 1st at 4:10pm. Other volunteer roles are open for paper nominations up to Friday 23rd August and then from the floor in the general meeting directly following the AGM. Forms can be placed in the Secretary's black lockbox in the office or emailed to [email protected]
The above link is also where you will find a postal ballot form should there be more than one nomination for any of the committee positions. If this is the case, this will be communicated on the NSDTC website homepage and the Facebook NSDTC Club and NSDTC Members Chat groups.
We are a dog training club based on Sydney's Upper North Shore. Dog and puppy obedience classes, agility, tricks, rally, retrieving and scent work. We train at St Ives Showground. Club Resources
