The weather might be miserable, but try telling the dogs that! 😂🌧️
Apparently, a little rain, grey skies and muddy paws are just part of the five-star resort experience. 🐶🐾
Forecast: 100% chance of happy dogs, regardless of the weather! ☁️❤

We love people who talk to dogs like they understand every word, stop to say hello to every pup they pass, and get just as excited over a wagging tail as the dog does. 🐾❤️

There’s something wonderful about being a grown adult and still getting ridiculously excited over muddy paws, wet noses, puppy kisses, and the simple joy of making a dog’s day a little brighter.

You may have noticed we’ve been showcasing our amazing team lately! 🐾❤️
You’ve now met almost everyone… except the hardest one to pin down — Liam. 😂

And since he’s reluctant to write nice things about himself, we’ve decided to write them for him. You’re welcome, Liam. 😉

Meet Liam! 🐾🐈‍⬛🐕

Also known fondly as Reception Ben, Daycare Daddy, Weeum and a whole collection of other questionable nicknames. 😂

Our gracious Supervisor, professional menace and, unfortunately for those of us who work closely with him, the little brother we never wanted but somehow ended up with anyway.

He’s here to keep the team organised, the animals happy, the office running smoothly and everyone who works here mildly irritated — basically the sibling nobody asked for, with the attitude of a tired dad and the emotional range of a Labrador waiting for dinner. 😂

But all jokes aside, Liam really has become part of the fabric that is Northshore Pet Resort. ❤️

From his humble beginnings as a junior many moons ago, he’s now been part of the Northshore family for an incredible 11 years! 🤩

Eleven years of looking after the team, our guests and, most importantly, keeping the rest of us somewhat in line.

We love him really… mostly because we’re contractually obligated to. 😂❤️

Happy 11 years, Liam! 🐾

When your day at the resort takes an unexpected turn and suddenly you’re not a pet carer… you’re a turtle wrangler! 🐢😂

Just another day at Northshore — you never quite know who’s going to check in! 🐾❤️
Back to the creek you go 🐢 👋

My dog’s confidence levels:
Sees a tiny dog: “I could take him.”
Sees a giant dog: “I could still take him.”
Sees a plastic bag blowing in the wind: “Somebody call 000.” 😂🐾
