This Dog's Story Shows How Much Love Matters

Some changes are about more than just looking good. They are about feeling better, too.

Meet Freddy. He used to live in a house where people were not good to him. He was very scared and didn't trust much. He was so afraid that he didn't even want anyone to touch him.
But then, a new lovely family adopted Freddy. They arr very nice to him and give him a lot of love. They are patient and are helping him feel safe.

I'm Oreo Dog Wash owner, and I'm happy to help Freddy feel better. I know that grooming is about more than just a clean coat. It's about being healthy and feeling good. For dogs like Freddy, it's also about learning that people can be gentle and kind.

Working with him is a challenge. He was so scared that I had to be very careful. I spent a long time with him over 4 hours in two different sessions. I focused on making him feel safe and comfortable.

I didn't just groom him. I showed him love and kindness. I wanted him to know that not all people are mean.

Now, Freddy is doing much better. He is not as scared as he used to be, and he is happier. His new family loves him very much, and I'm happy to be a part of his story.

At Oreo Dog Wash, I believe that all dogs deserve to be happy and healthy. I'm here to help pet owners take good care of their furry friends. With love and the right care, all dogs can have a happy life.

Follow Freddy's story on our social media to see how he is doing. We'll share updates and celebrate his progress. Let his story remind us all to be kind to animals.

G'day, is your dog feeling their best?

Maintaining a healthy skin and coat isn't just cosmetic; it's essential for your dog's comfort and well being. That's why I recommend a regular wash and trim for every furry mate; ideally, at least once a month.

A routine grooming session isn't just about a fancy haircut; it's a vital health check. I as a groomers can help you with:

✅ Cleanse the skin and remove irritating dirt

✅ Detect skin problems or parasites early

✅ Prevent painful matting and knots

✅ Keep your mate ready and comfortable in the Aussie weather.

The difference is clear! Just look at this recent transformation from scruffy to stunning!

We're passionate about more than just great haircuts; we're about long term health and happiness.

Investing in a monthly grooming routine is an investment in your best mate's health.

🐾 WINTER IS COMING... TIME FOR A SHAVE? ❄️✂️

Hey everyone! As the chilly weather starts creeping in, it's super tempting to just let our furry mates grow out their coats for "extra warmth". It makes sense, right? A thicker jacket for the cold! 🐕

But here’s the thing—letting their grooming slide in winter can actually make them colder and pretty uncomfortable.

Here are the top 3 reasons why keeping your dog tidied up this winter is an absolute must:

1️⃣ It Stops the "Sponge" Effect: When long coats get wet from the winter rain or morning dew, they mat easily. Those mats trap freezing moisture right against your dog's skin, keeping them cold and risking nasty skin infections. A clean, brushed coat actually traps warm air much better!

2️⃣ Protects Those Precious Paws: The hair between their toes keeps growing, and in winter, it acts like a magnet for mud and burs. This can clump up, freeze, and make it feel like they're walking on rocks. Ouch! Trimming that paw hair keeps them walking easy.

3️⃣ Faster Dry Time: Let’s face it, nobody wants a soggy dog shaking all over the couch for hours. A tidy, well-maintained coat dries heaps faster after a rainy walk, meaning they get warm and cozy again in no time.

So, don't skip the winter groom! Your pup will thank you for it. 🐶❤️

Give us a buzz or send a message to book your mate in before the winter rush hits! 📲👇
