A beautiful day to be out helping 2 lovely young ladies warm up for their dressage tests today at Lardner Park. You both should be very proud of how you rode today.

Off to Sandown last Sunday for the Samson Handicap. My partner Leigh kirby rode Samson after his racing career as a mounted police horse. This was Leigh’s presentation of his 56th rug. It’s alway’s a great day

Matrix and I ventured to Boneo yesterday to the well run SEDC dressage
day. It was never about the ribbon but to see how we would cope as a team in a competition environment. He ticked a lot of important boxes yesterday. He was super in the yards and very well behaved in a busy warm up showing some lovely work. The test themselves weren’t world beaters but I had expected he would show some tension,
This is improving all the time as our trust continues to develop.
Just loving this journey,
Thank you Kerri and Leigh for being there to keep me grounded and for the great pic.

We are nearly at the 4 month stage of meeting each other and getting stronger as a team. I am just loving the journey with Matrix. We had a super lesson today, thank you Jayden Brown for your guidance with this beautiful horse.

It’s been a great time together and I’m feeling blessed to have been able to campaign Fiderhall at FEI for the last 2 years, but the time has come to let this amazing horse retire from competition. We still have lots to continue working on but at a level of engagement he can cope with,so last weekend was our last PSG hit out. He finished .5% off the leader so was very pleased for him to end on a great note. Thank you to all the people who have been on this amazing journey with me. Now to bring Matrix along and a new chapter begins.

I’m Looking forward to bringing the lovely Matrix home. I’ve been on the hunt for another horse over the last 5 months to bring along before Fidz retires from FEI. I am very excited to have another Fidertanz.
Thank you the Shanon Mckimmie for trusting me with this beautiful man. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us. Thank you Kerri Johnson for coming with me and taking lots of footage and another set of eyes. Karen Blythe for your generous time to help me find my next ride.
