For Team Southport, it’s the familiar furry faces (and their hoomans!) that make their store so special. Getting to know them over time, hearing their stories and building genuine connections means a visit to PMD can feel a whole lot more like catching up with old friends.

Next up in our birthday month store spotlight… Team Brassall! 💚🐾

For the Brassall crew, one of the best parts of PMD is knowing there’s something to suit all kinds of doggos, but it’s about much more than what goes in the bowl.

It’s creating a comfortable, welcoming place where pet parents can pop in, ask questions, learn something new and feel supported along the way.

Because after 8 years of PMD, that sense of community is still a pretty special part of what we do.

There are definitely worse jobs than getting doggo cuddles all day. 😂🐾

For Team Mango Hill, one of the best parts of PMD is all the four-legged visitors who pop in for treaties, pats and a very thorough sniff around.

And then there are the first-timers... watching someone walk in and realise just how much PMD goodness there is to choose from never gets old.

After 8 years, we still reckon a store full of good food, great treaties and visiting doggos is a pretty great place to be. Hoooge love to Team Mango Hill!
