These 4 young prospects have had a couple of weeks of nice riding, and we got our herd help a bit educated today as well.

At our Open Day tomorrow!
The start of our Paddock to Plate Speckle Park beef journey.
GUESS the DRESSED WEIGHT of our first contender - Speckle Park F1 spayed heifer Rhondhu 6023. The closet guess wins a meat tray! Entries on check in.
Her statistics are:
Sire: Dorroughby Sox (Speckle Park)
Dam: Rhondhu 5344 (Angus x Brangus)
Age: 22 mths
Weaned: January 25 @ 199kg
Spayed: April 25
Randomly fed a dipper of pellets 3-4 times a week since
Butchered professionally to P2P standards this Monday and processed yesterday.
Photo was taken as she loaded on the truck to town Sunday.
The only hint is that we forgot to weigh her prior but she’d have been about 550-580kg live.
P.S. Remember Speckle Parks yield like no other. The purebreds eat like Wagyu but do it on grass, and definitely a lot easier on the eye 👌
So hopefully these F1s from Angusy Brangus cows will be spot on too.
And she’s the feature item for lunch tomorrow 🥩💕
