Oh god 16 years? Seriously.. if only I knew then what I know now…
16 years ago today I picked up this ‘cowboy’ from the airport.
He had arrived in Tasmania in May, wearing shorts, tank top and thongs ❄️ with a cowboy hat and boots packed in bag ready to train some horses Agfest Field Days, Tasmania
He had no return flight booked and no accommodation or plans… just “here I am and I’m ready to work some horses”
Not a lot has changed in 16 years of knowing you Ads, your still the same casual and carefree cowboy I met that day…
…except now I always have a return flight out of Tasmania so your allergies to the cold don’t kick in and I get an end date from you!
But what a crazy journey we have had in that time and the places we have been and people we met have all been worth it.
