SAVING OUR ANIMALS 💗💗💗

It’s a sad day when one of our greatest and most devoted Vets his practice and his livelihood is being threatened with suspension..
Geoff and Leanne have been my Rescue and personal vet for many years. The time, love and effort they put into each and everyone of our cats and kittens is to be commended..
After 8 years of Rescue I have closed my doors disgusted not because of these allegations but because I choose not to work with any other vet in this area… I will stand by Geoff and Leanne through this witch hunt … These are the people who go above and beyond for all our Rescue cats and kittens… my own pets as well… The Vet that will rush you in to help that dying animal before putting out his hand wanting to see the payment first ..
The many kittens I have rushed over to Jamestown on deaths door and these two amazing people have worked day and night to save so many… keeping them for sometimes up to a month to make sure they are well enough before coming back into Rescue ….Let’s all get behind our wonderful Vet Geoff Warren .. We need him back… The Animals need him back 💗💗💗

I would like to thank my wonderful vets and fosters for all their time, commitment and hard work… You are all amazing generous people and I am proud to have worked side by side with you all.. 💗💗💗

So many cats and kittens saved over the 8 years RKR started rescuing our furbabies from the streets of Port Pirie and as far as Adelaide suburbs…
Thankyou to all our wonderful families who have adopted and given a Rescue Cat or kitten their forever home… I am sure all your lives are better for it as I know mine has been 💗💗💗

"Bubby" went missing last night (Tuesday). She wears a pink collar and bell and is microchipped. She has a distinctive half white moustache. She can be a bit timid with strangers. If you are in the area we would be grateful if you can check your sheds / keep an eye out for her and please let us know if you see her. Thank you.

SECOND TIME AROUND IS PURRFECT FOR OUR PIPPA AND PEPPA💙💗

It’s devastating after you think you find the perfect home (especially with a double adoption after the state these two babies were found in) but doubly devastating when they are sent back to rescue when it doesn’t work out..
But finding a wonderful lady looking for a cat not a kitten and happy to give a home to a sibling pair was the best thing we could have heard a day after these beautiful 6 month olds teen siblings came back to RKR..
A quick trip later that next week by Lyn and myself to Port Wakefield to meet new mum to be all the way from Angaston left us with a good feeling that we had now found their perfect home...
Thankyou Teresa fir taking on these beautiful babies and from our messages and photos o can see Pippa and Peppa settled instantly and are very loved 💗💙💗💙

RKR COMES TO THE RESCUE AT SAINT MARKS COLLEGE FOR SA CAT RESCUE😻😻😻😻😻

After receiving a message from Abby who had spotted this mum and her four kittens living under the primary classrooms at St Marks Benedict Primary Campus this little family was always in our thoughts even with no room to take on another litter into our Rescue...
I gave Abby the number for the SA Cat Rescue foster in Port Pirie and Aldo contacted my number one foster and trapper to see what could be done..
All was organised and last weekend we all met with one very friendly mum cat and 4 not so happy 10-12 week old kittens...
A huge THANKYOU to my fosters Stacey and Lyn for giving up their Saturday and getting the job done .. even with Lyn taking a nasty kitten nip all were caught and handed over to SA Cat Rescue...,

Gorgeous Creed was playfully too rough for the young infants of his family so they decided to part with him so he could find his perfect home.
Creed is 8 months old and will be fully vetted with up to date Microchip and Vaccination before Adoption 💙💙💙

Little 11 week old Ollie was adopted in Port Augusta from Redgum Vets but Allergies to this beautiful little boy has him looking for a new home..

Once we receive confirmation of his vetwork he will be available to be rehomed to the right home 😻😻😻
