This little old lady came in for a pampering and she was, a biter, didn't like anything, was scared and in pain, I took my time we had lots of breaks and cuddles and we got there in the end, not a perfect cut, but she is comfortable and happy. Some times it's not about what your dog looks like at the end, in these cases it's about making them comfortable and making them feel safe and relaxed. She is actually a sweet heart when not being clipped.

This is Merlin, who is now Pier, he is a rescue dog, who from what I could guess from his very scared nature during his groom yesterday, it was more then likely his first groom. He hated his feet. Legs and paws being touched, I ever so carefully scissored his legs, the best I could. Scissors or clippers anywhere near his face, head would try to bite me. He was such a sweet boy, I went very slow with him, and hope that,by the end, he felt that I was there to help him, not hurt him. I think the kisses and cuddles at the end from him, said we were friends.
